How to configure SmartFTP to use FTP over SSL

Team Foundation Server > Team Foundation Server Build Services > FTP Client Configuration
Note: If you haven't already, please make sure that your user has either "read only" or "read and delete" access through the Build Manager.


1. Click File -> "New Remote Browser"

2. Set the "Protocol" Field to "FTP over SSL Explicit"

3. Use the following settings:

    Host – Obtain the host name from the Build Manager page in your DiscountASP.NET TFS Control Panel

    Username – Your Team Foundation Server user

    Password – The corresponding password for your Team Foundation Server user

4. Click Connect to connect
