Do you backup my data?

TFS databases are backed up daily, and retained on a rotating five day schedule.

It's important to note, however, that our daily backups are made for our own disaster recovery purposes, and they cannot be used to restore to your local system.

If you require a backup for use locally, please let us know and we will manually detach and backup the database so it can be restored to your local system. Since this is a manual process, we have to limit the requests to one per month. If you require more than one backup in a given month, there is a fee of $25 for each additional backup.
