Cancel my Team Foundation Server hosting service

The TFS Control Panel contains an Account Cancellation link that you can use to discontinue your hosting service. Because the cancellation will be for source code, we ask that you use the TFS Control Panel to request the cancellation so we avoid any confusion on which TFS account you want to cancel.

Canceling your TFS account will delete your project files and the data will not be recoverable! We recommend downloading all copies of your latest project files to your local computer before proceeding with the cancellation.
